In 1997, Pretory the USA Inc acquired Pretory SA by an agreement of exchange of shares.

Pretory SA continues to provide services of safety and products derived.
Pretory the USA Inc roughly generated $2,0, $3,5, and $10 million incomes for 1999,
2000, and 2001 respectively. For 2002 the forecasts rise to $15 million.

The company filled the form 15c-211 and was approved on market NASD
OTCBB in October 1998 pennies symbol " PRTU "; in February 2000 the company
